Humanity Within will host free monthly startup webinars to walk you step by step through the process of launching your nonprofit. Each session will break down the process in plain language and connect you to resources you can use right away. This program is offered at no cost as part of Humanity Within Foundation’s mission to empower communities with knowledge and opportunity. Please note: this program is currently only available to Washington, DC residents.

    • What it means to be a nonprofit — understanding the purpose, structure and impact.

    • Mission, vision and values — how to define and articulate the “why” behind your organization.

    • Steps to register your nonprofit — a practical walk-through of paperwork, requirements and compliance basics.
