Many schools struggle with conflict, discipline challenges, and social-emotional development. Students often lack the tools to resolve conflicts peacefully, leaving schools with strained climates and lost potential.

Restore Within will provide restorative justice training, mentorship, and structured activities to help students develop empathy, accountability, and leadership skills.

This program is offered at no cost to participating schools, ensuring equitable access to restorative justice practices in under-resourced communities.

This program will be free to all participating schools, made possible entirely through donor support.

Our Objectives:

✔ Foster empathy, accountability, and stronger peer and adult relationships
✔ Engage families and schools in restorative practices
✔ Create a replicable program that can expand citywide

• Even though the program hasn’t started, we want donors to see exactly how their contributions make an impact:

  • $2500 – Covers restorative justice training, certification courses and professional development to ensure facilitators are properly prepared to work with students and schools.

  • $1500 – Funds student materials, curriculum development, printed resources and supplies used during restorative justice sessions.

  • $2000 – Supports program planning, scheduling with schools, communication, documentation and administrative coordination needed to run a successful pilot.

  • $4000 – Covers the initial implementation of Restore Within for the first group of students, including facilitation time, session delivery and evaluation tools.
