Shane is the Founder and Executive Director of Humanity Within Foundation, where he leads the organization’s mission to expand access to opportunity through education, family engagement and community-based programming. He founded Humanity Within Foundation in 2021, driven by the belief that intentional support and access can change life outcomes for young people and families.

With a background in education and youth development, Shane oversees strategic planning, program design, partnerships and day-to-day operations. As Executive Director, he is responsible for organizational leadership, fundraising and long-term sustainability.
